Hi guys! I have my Phenom II 965 at 3.6ghz at 1.35v. Currently I idle at around 34-36c and with prime 95 i get to 48-50c. Is that ok temps? I'm running with a thermaltake frio with push pull config both at max and i used arctic mx-3. Am I looking at good temps? Ambient is roughly 22-25c. Shouldn't it be lower? Thanks in advance guys.

Those are good temps, you can follow my quest for lower temps on this thread:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/262325-29-temps-phenom-dual-5750-1300

At stock voltage and 3.8 GHz on a Phenom II X4 955 BE, I'm getting 30c idle and up to 62c load. I'm currently running a Cooler Master Vortex Plus, just a step above the stock cooler and the same ambient temp.

I'm trying out 1.3715 V right now and running Prime95 and Furmark for maximum heat and I'll be updating my thread, and I'll update here.

Here's an update for you drexeus, I ran my 955 at 3.6 GHz at 1.3715 V for 13 hours on Prime 95 while I went to work. Here are the results and a screenshot for any non-believers:

Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.6 GHz (1.3715 V, set manually in the BIOS)
Dual Sapphire 5750 Vapor-X @ 870/1300 MHz
Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
4GB (2x 2 GB) G.Skill 1600 MHz Ripjaws @ 7-8-7-24 (1.65 V)
Cooler Master Vortex Plus
Assortment of 4 120mm fans, 2 on front, 2 on side
90mm exhaust fan

Running Prime95 for 13 hours, I am getting the following temps:

CPU @ 57 C
Motherboard @ 45 C

And after letting it idle for 10 minutes with Google Chrome open to type this, I was getting the following temps:

CPU @ 34 C
Motherboard @ 32 C

What exactly are your goals?

Your overclock is not a temperature problem at all, especially at 1.35v, you've got to go higher than that for temperature to be an issue with a 965.
