Hi,
I have a domain network. one of our user shared his usb printer for other users, everybody can take the print from the shared printer. but some time when they trying to print its does not give any printout. I have checked that time they can ping that system but when try to access that machine by \\172.20.xxx.xxx its asking authentication. After restarting the main shared PC problem solved for that time, but it happens again and again. Please help.
