Help me decide

i have a PSU that i am uaware of. it says it is 220w max.
my system runs fine.but i want to buy a new graphic card.
my system is as follows:
AMD sempron 2800+
Asus K8VVM ultra motherboard
512mb ram (1)
seagate 320gb hdd sata
dvd rwdrive
internal wifi card TP link 353g

suggest a good PSU ,but not very high end please, 500w max.please
and whatprice is it available in india.
and my budget is rs 2000 [please note that 1usd =50 rupees]
