Well is this the only gaming you will be playing?
what resolution do you play at?
Does your motherboard support cf or sli?
What are the specs of your psu?
You have to consider invisik questions to make sure the suggestion is compatible, but on top of my head either a 9800GTX+, a 4850 or, if you can spare like 10-20$ more, a 4870 (totally worth the extra). They should all allow you to play Crysis on high settings @1680x1050.

My kids computer is a x2 4000 @ 2.8 ghz 2gb ram vista and 8800gts512 and it plays crysis at 1440x900 on medium setting no problems. BTW crysis looks very good on medium. FYI a single 4870 512 on my c2d@4.2 will barely handle high settings at 1680x1050 I run it on medium settings as well because I hate shutter.

You should install the Crysis Ultra High mod by Cuban/Ultimate/Taowolf/etc.
There are 6 levels total, and setting the gfx to 3 gets you "high graphics" but with fps similar to if you had set it to medium.
You say you "suppose" your motherboard supports Crossfire. You need to really make sure of that before you even consider that as an option.
With a 350watt power supply you'll never run SLI or Crossfire.
You may need to look at lower end video cards than the 4850 even with your power supply, unless you upgrade your power supply. When looking at new PSUs (or your existing one) you need to know the max wattage (350W for instance) and how many Amps it provides on the 12V. It'll usually say something like "12V @ 18A" or something.
The more details you can give the better. Ultimately the model of your Motherboard, and the model of your Power Supply Unit will help folks determine what your system can or can not run.
