Just got the M Audio AV40s - trying to connect to HSU-STF-1 sub

How do I connect M Audio AV40s to my HSU STF-1 sub? I also got a Onkyo receiver

Find a way to plug the speakers into the sub's "Sub In" port. What cables come out from the back of your AV40s?
