I need the ONE PIECE header which is male on one side and female on the other. I am then able to connect my loose front panel USB wires to this ONE PIECE solid header block and then insert the ONE PIECE solid header block onto the appropriate pin header on the mother board. I have come across these in some of my motherboard accessories but I absolutely cannot find them online. Help if possible.
You are referring to ASUS's Q-Connect. Those can be bought separately on places like eBay.
Since the pin order of USB headers are universal among motherboard I used super-glue to carefully align the individual one-pin header side by side and stick them together.

Yep...the Q-connectors...came with my ASUS motherboards. I wish someone made a generic version. Just 10 pins male/female. Don't need color coding. Can use it for USB/Firewire and many front panel motherboards have the same pin layout for RESET/POWER/POWER LED/HD/SPEAKER.
Thanks for your help everybody........I'll keep looking. Maybe contact some Chinese manufacturers, see if they can't produce some for us.
I just built a gaming PC using an XFX nForce 750i motherboard and a Cooler Master Storm SCOUT case. Strangely enough, in this day and age, that 750i motherboard only has one USB 10-pin (#9 vacant) Header, and the SCOUT case has two female USB 10-pin cables, (with #9 plugged) coming from the four USB port Front Panel. Thinking that I could find some kind adapter easily, I drove myself crazy searching for two weeks, and was just about ready to try to invent one, when I stumbled across a solution. I found one PCI card on the market with a USB internal Header: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6815201008 AND it is only $7.99
What would be IDEAL, is some kind of adapter that would convert the single USB Header on the motherboard to 3 or 4 headers, but I failed to find such a device, NOR did I find a PCI card with two USB Headers on them. I do not have room for a second PCI card, so my plans to purchase this Floppy/Card Reader/USB, went down the tube, because I find no way to hook up a third USB female header: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicat [...] &CatId=630
