Hi D

I don't see why not as long as it has a voltage input switch for 220v and 110v. The Hz varies from Country to Country so you might want to check that as well, however, most PSU's have a Hz range that will cover most Countries, example 47-63Hz

The input voltage is the same for the Philippines as the United States, 110v and 220v.

What make / model PSU do you currently have?

Most newer PSU's will automatically detect and set themselves for 220 or 110, whatever you plug them into.
If it does not have a switch on the back, it is an auto-adjust.
But, just to be certain, what exactly is the brand and model?
Pluggin in a PSU set for 220 into 110 will result in the PSU simply running way under power, if it runs at all.
Plugging a PSU set for 110 into 220 will kill it instantly.
