Has anyone else had this problem /bug?

I moved two siblings into the same college dorm. Two other kids moved in
and claimed the upstairs rooms.
I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to control the 2 new kids, but I
can't, but the real problem occurs when they go into their rooms, they
disappear and so does the furniture, and they just stand in the room
thinking about going to sleep. At one point one kid walked around in a
ghost form and I could not inter-act with him. Later in the day they were
back to normal. Anyone else experience this?
Thanks for any info!

That's not a bug, it's a feature. They do that to save processing
power.

You won't be able to control them. As far as them dissapearing when they go
into their rooms and their furniture too I beleive that is deliberate to
save on system requrements. When you go into buy mode they will just be
standing there.

The one walking around in ghost form without you being able to interact does
seem buggy though.
