I recently ripped and burned a 40 second commercial from
vhs to cd. when I tranferred this file to my pocketpc,
dell axim al, I get is the audio, no video. Please help

How did you "rip it "? Describe the procedure.
What axim do you have ? Will be important.

use encoder to encode the file to be played in PocketPC

if u did not do that..u cannot have video on the PPC.

U Need to be more precise in your posting ;-)

What's the problem you are having ?

Does the file play on the desktop windows media player ?
