Will 9600GT fit on that board

I want to know whether EvGA Geforce 9600GT 512 MB will fit on Asus P5E-VM DO motherboard.There seems to be bit less space between PCI slot and one of PCI slots.Can anyone tell me whether the card will fit on that board.

yes, a 9600GT will fit in the board, though, you might want to make sure the ram clips (if thats what they are called) are up just in case
