ECS AMD690GM-M2 Constant Long Beep

When I boot my system now I never get to post but only hear a constant long beep . It happened after my video card went and before the new one was installed. Clearing the CMOS by jumper and battery failed to. Im guessing the board is bad but maybe im missing some thing?

A constant long beep may mean that you forgot to plug in PCI-e power cables into your video card. A series of 3 second long beeps generally means that you hav ea serious memory problem.
