I assembled my computer myself and would like to know if my current CPU OC is optimized. I have taken pictures of my BIOS settings which I will link below and hopefully you guys can help me determine what I need to alter or keep the same to make sure my system is running at its optimal capacity.

CPU-Z states that my FSB : DRAM ratio is 1:2 , which I have heard could be good or bad, but depends on the system. Hopefully, looking at my bios and system specs, you guys can decide if it is

BIOS for CPU here
BIOS for RAM here

Here are my system settings. I am looking into OC'ing my RAM, but hesitated after I found out my FSB/DRAM ratio might not be correct.

What I am looking to gain from your answers
1) If my BIOS settings for CPU/RAM could be altered to get more performance (OC my RAM)
2) If so, how would I optimize the FSB/DRAM ratio and OC my RAM if I can do that

SYSTEM SPECS
-Windows 7 32-bit
-AMD Phenom II x2 550 (calisto 3.1GHz stock) - OC'ed to 3.7GHz [max temp about 32 degree celsius full load]
-4GB DDR2 800 OCZ RAM
-Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P
-EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB
-150GB HDD
