Besides more room and the two 140mm top exhaust+200mm big boy fan, is there any other pros?
Does the 193 have that annoying metal piece that does absolutely nothing that the 183 has? it's in this review http://www.silentpcreview.com/article945-page7.html

Also, will the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme fit in both cases?

Looks like the only real difference is the size of the fans, two fans on top and a 200mm fan on the side. The metal plate behind the bottom fan has been removed.

"The maximum height for heat sink fans with the P193 is 140mm".
The Ultra 120: L63.44 x W132 x H160.5 mm (heatsink only)

oh so the ultra wouldn't fit in a p193...it'll fit in the p183 fine though right?

According to my conversions, 140 mm = 5.1 inches. Both cases are 8.1 inches wide so it looks like either would handle that heatsink.

I use a Xigmatek 1283 in my P182 and it fits just fine. Those cases just seem like a modified version of my case. I don't think the TRUE is too much bigger.

Yeah I have Antec p182 with Thermalright TRUE but I am not sure it will also fit P193 with that BigBoy fan on the side... :( BUT IF ANYONE CAN CONFIRM THIS I'D BE GRATEFUL
