Looks pretty good. Temps and voltage look really good especially temps since you are using the stock cooler. Nice OC for your first time. You could probably push it a little more with those temps, just dont let temps go over 70c. [:bohleyk:1] Use HWmonitor to make sure the temp readings are right.
What are you thinking about upgrading to?

Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model 991527 is goin to be added for the 4gigs of ram i want

Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM Thermal Paste is a must anyways

Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme Universal CPU Cooler 120mm Magnetic Fluid Dynamic LED Fan and Fan Controller/Heatsink Rev.1 with TX-3 & 1156 Brackets and the cooler

and in about 2 weeks im going to try and purchase this processor to replace my q8300 with the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Yorkfield 3.0GHz 12MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80569Q9650 :)

The Tuniq 120 extreme is a good cooler but you can probably get similar results With the Hyper 212+ and it is half the price. It is probably the best cooler for the price and is the most recommended on the forums, but if price isnt a problem then the Tuniq is great and it does look better.

As for the thermal past there is a lot better stuff out there than AS5 now.
Here is a review.

If it was me I would buy the Hyper212+ and get a GTX460.
