I have a Foxconn K7S741GXMG-6L motherboard that seems to have the latest BIOS but is having problems accepting 2 DIMMs. It accepts one !GB 184 pin DDR DIMM 128Mx64 non ECC gold leads unbuffered 25 volts PC2700 DDR333 spec 333Mhz with SPD CAS 2.5 latency. Whenever I install the second identical DIMM, it will not boot up. It behaves like it is going to boot up by spinning a fraction of a second and then stops. There are no audible beeps, it just stops. I reset the BIOS jumpers but to no avail. I entered default setup in BIOS config, no avail. I set up the memory config/voltage manually but still nothing. Does anyone know whether there is a problem with this motherboard and loading two modules of memory? I checked my memory sticks by swapping them and it works fine, so I know it's not the memory stick, they all work on only the primary DIMM slot.
