Suddenly cannot access Services

hello

i 'm trying to open "services" (by doing :demarrer-services) but it refuse and send me this answer: CLSID58221C66-EA27-11CF-ADCF-00AA00A80033.
But i can assur you that the computer works well.

What may i do?

First explain what emarrer-services is...
Then you can open services from Start-Run- type "services.msc".
