My folder is not opening where i saved the pics

i saved my pictures from digital camera..after saving pictures were not opening..i restart the pc and my folder is also unaccesable where i save the pics..i have reinstall the operating system xp but cannot open my folder..

Error messages? What was the folder you saved the files in?

forlder name is file.dwg .............i saved my pics in it..when i open this folder mesg appear that D:\f1b2b6319e19b9837c50\file.dwg is not accesible.access is denied..plz any body help me..should i change my window xp to win 7?

pictures size is almost 3 Gb.when i right click on the folder to see its size it shows zero byte..

That folder name looks like a temp folder that Windows uses when it downloads updates. Why did you save anything in there? You need to take ownership of the folder and grant your account rights to the folder. http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/acl_take_ownership.mspx?mfr=true

Glad it worked, and keep your files in My Documents, not in random folders in the future.
