Any one able to pick up this Bay area station thru one of the four apps on
the "listen live" part of the web site? I can't get any of them to stream to
my HP wi-fi. Suggestions?

Go to your PPC media player, enter after pressing Tools-> Open URL
The problem is the website tries to open a new window with the player.
Pocket IE doesn't "do" opening new windows, so that's where it fails
(if like me you had javascript error reporting turned on, you'd also
see a few errors in the site javascript)
Cheers - happy listenin
