Slow buffering and choppy video

On line video clips will not play more than a few seconds before more buffering begins. Is there a way to make it play normally? I'm running XP with 1.5 gigs ram. averizon mobile broadband which is a slow connection. Thanks for any help

I'm sorry, but the only way you're going to get it to play without buffering is to pause it, and just let it load. Or get an upgrade in service speed, if at all possible.
