I need a recommendation for either a new PSU or video card.

Here's the main parts of the system I have:
223-9086 1 Dell Precision T3400 Convertible MiniTower Processor Q9550, 2.83GHz, 133312MB L2, 375W
311-7463 1 Mini-Tower Chassis Configuration, Dell Precision T3400
311-7469 1 4GB, 800MHz, DDR2 ECC SDRAM Memory, 4X1GB, Dell Precision T3400
320-5865 1 nVidia,Quadro FX 570,256MB dual DVI, Graphics Card, Dell Precision T3400
341-5231 1 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s with NCQ and 16MB DataBurst Cache Dell Precision T3400
341-5213 1 C4, ALL SATA, RAID 0 for 2 Hard Drives
420-8962 1 Vista Ultimate SP1 with Media 32 Bit English Dell Precision
341-5242 1 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s with NCQ and 16MB DataBurst Cache Dell Precision T3400
420-3699 1 NTFS File System,Factory Install

The PC works great but I'd like to use a better video card - something similar to a GTS 250. However, cards like this need a 475W PSU.

I can upgrade the 375W power supply to a 525W from Dell. The 525W PSU is actually two parts: (1) YN637 PSU and (2) KP500 wiring harness. The wiring harness is back-ordered.

I can:
(1) wait until the KP500 is in-stock
(2) buy another PSU or
(3) buy a video card that will run well with 375W.

Any recommendations on a new PSU or video card?

You can upgrade with pretty much any standard power supply, but really don't have to.

Don't Dell cases have custom sizes for their power supplies? I know some of Antec's PSUs happened to be larger than other PSUs....

Nice setup

The Dell 375 is taller than standard ATX , but the screw holes line up for standard, and you can go to around 175mm ( depth ) without a problem in the T3400 case.
