ok, heres the deal,

Im building a Computer for someone and im getting the AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition. now, he isn't going to do pretty much any overclocking, but I might want to see if i can unlock it to 4 cores.

So, I and looking for a good after-market cooler, that could handle the 4 cores, but isn't to expence (I want good but cheap, like maybe 20-40 or something like that...)

If you want 20-40, assuming you live in the US. They have the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ for around 30$ on Amazon and 23$ at Microcenter, and 30$ on Frys, or at your local fry's. It's one of the best budget coolers you can find, of course the stock 965 cooler is good if you not going to OC just for 4 cores.
