As Windows is more than likely on your pc right now, i would have a guess that 97% of pcs run windows - something to look foward to

Also on another sad note for uk people

Personal Computer World magazines July Issue will be its last...

This is one of the oldest UK magazines in computing existance and it will be sad to see the end of this legend. Not bad for a magazine that is over 30 years old..

Sad news indeed, although to be honest I haven't bought any magazines in quite some time as most have a website equivalent.

I have been a HP printer fan for ages but for some reason the last few years have been unstable and a nightmare..

Seriously considering that this HP will be my last, especially when you can buy a a3 brother inkjet for about £250 and it scans to pdf easy

I've been having terrible HP issues too. Got one printer needs turning off and on after the print job is sent before it prints!

Which one is it out of interest.

Some hp drivers had a habit of deleting the printer for no reason under vista and most require a firmware update..

The best bit.... 6210 officejets to 7310 officejets have a coherant fault with the ink cartridge which snaps if someone is not too carefull with replacing colour or black ink.

The thing snaps...

Is it a network printer Milez as jet direct cards need updating too..

Ill never forget the day i purchased a 700 quid tape streamer 10 years ago on scsi which needed a firmware update out of the box to make it work correctly..
