DxDiag and WEI disagree...

Hello,

I have a HD5770 with 10.9 and I am getting two different DirectX readings.
With Windows Experience Index, under “View and print detailed performance and system information”, it shows DirectX version: DirectX 10.
However, DxDiag shows DirectX Version: DirectX 11.

I should be running DirectX 11 with this card. Which report do I believe?

After quite a while searching,

It's a limitation of the program, not an indication of a lower Directx version.
