We have around 50 remote workers all with SPV M1000 devices.
They will be producing video briefings using their PDA to record and then we
want to post the file on the Intranet to be run from the server (no client
app needed).
Problem appears to be that the PDA records as MP4 and whereas other file
types convert when you move them to a PC, these do not. If the file type is
changed on the PDA for recording the files become too large.
On the PDA the WMP plays the MP4 files without any problem but on the
desktop they cannot. As WMP is part of the desktop build we can use this but
putting Quicktime onto every machine is not our intention. There must be a
way round this!
Anyclues to clear my blues?
