Just yesterday I got all the pieces for a new computer and put it together myself as I am pretty adept with computers. My problem is that the computer isn't booting to the bios. When I turn the comp on the Video card turns on, light indicates that the mobo is on, CPU fan turns on, I can hear the HD turning on. But nothing is appearing on my screen.

It has no operation system or anything installed, but shouldn't it at least be giving me the bios?

Any suggestions out there?

Rest of the parts are irrelevant.
