Will this heatsink fit ?

I'v been reading reviews for some time now.
I'm looking for a good cpu cooler.

have my mind on buying the thermalright ultra extreme.

I'm just wondering if it will fit my mobo (msi p45 platinum)
I read in a review that the arctic freezer 7 pro would not fit my mobo

my case will not be a problem (antec 182)

does anyone has a thermalright ultra extreme mounted on a msi p45 platinum ?

Are you talking about the Ultra 120? Guess what Thermalright has to say about it?

Conditional: Heatsink can only be installed when facing toward the north-bridge chipset
