Hello, do you think it is adviseable that I run a quick format on my computer? I had to restore my computer and now things are running slow. What do you suggest?

Quick format clears the MBR and partition table. Full format does that, and checks the HDD for bad sectors while it formats.

Not sure what you mean by "restore my computer". But you should understand that BOTH forms of Format will wipe out ALL of your data. (Well, technically not exactly that, but a Full Format may, and a Quick Format makes it extremely difficult to recover files so that you need file recovery software and a lot of time and patience to get your stuff back.) That means also the Operating System you have installed, so now you'd have to re-install. If you were going to wipe your drive clean and do a fresh Install anyway, just start from there!
