Looking for a nice, stable motherboard with support for 4 Dimms dual channel DDR3, 2 x pci-e 2.0 slots that is crossfire compatible.

I'm going to be buying an AMD Phenom II 720 BE

Any of these 3 fit the bill? and which one should i get of the 3 if so? Also feel free to recommend another motherboard

At this range of price, only dual 8X will be available. Even there, you don't need dual 16X if you don't plan to quad GPU on dual pcie slots.

Also, forget Asus if you want to unleash your 4th core, their motherboard are unstable with quad cores... wondering why... but it's in the nature of Asus to do stupid and enigmatic things.
