Sending emails to a group without having to check name

Use a distribution list. This is how to do it in MS Office.

How is it done using I.E. I can create a group but when I try to use it as address, I get the list and I must check each name. what else can I do?

I.E. is not a mail client, you probably go to some web email site. Check with their support on how to create a distro list.

I use yahoo mail both with i.e. and firefox. only using i.e. do I experience the problem. with firefox using yahoo when I bring up a "group" I do not have to check each name in that group.
