How could I Remove viruses from my flash disk USB

HELLO,
I store a very important files and folders on my flash ,I want to lose it ,there is Twins folder
and RECYCLER fOlder and autorun.inf
and many strange folders appears in my flash
later all the files except which I save recently are hidden

The easiest thing to do is to format the flash drive, deleting all of the junk on it. You should also run malwarebytes to make sure nothing malicious is running on your system. You should also update your anti-virus software and run a complete scan of your system.
