Hi, I'm in the process of a new build, and I've got everything together. When I power the PC I'm getting no signal to my monitor. Its a VGA connector, so I have the flat panel connector to VGA connector adapter in use. When I look at the video card, I have 3 out of 4 LEDs lit on the edge of the board closest to the front of the chassis. There is a 4th LED that is not lit. I cannot find any troubleshooting or detailed manual for this card. Can anyone help?

Make sure the card is properly seated in the pci-e slot.

Thanks, I've got it. The power connection on the mobo wasn't seated all the way! :-(
