Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot devic

Hello, when i start my computer it says Press F4 and then when i press F4 "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device" message appears.
How can i overcome from this problem?

What happens if you don't press F4? Can you enter Windows or not? Can you at least go to safe mode?

Anyway, press the apropriate key for your computer to enter your bios.
Check in your bios on what is set to boot from.
Put your hard drive as first boot.
