Yes:
I bought a PC from Cyberpower UK in 2008. The specs are below.
18 months plus later I am still very happy with a near-state-of-the-art PC, fairly future-proofed, water cooled with an excellent chip, a solid build and great support and shipping. I'd recommend them, if they are still as solid as they used to be.

Franky most prebuilds cut corners in stuff like dependable PSU at times....and also best go with a DDR3 platform for a fresh build IMO

They build decent systems for a decent price in the prebuilt business. I checked out CP before deciding to build it myself. I was tempted but you are better off building yourself. Its less expensive and you know what you are getting isn't used or "mystery meat".

You could also decide to buy the parts and bring it to your local PC shop for the building.

Cyber Power UK is one of the worst company to buy a computer. I bought one 8 months ago and I had already a lots of problem. I send it back and after 2 months I still haven't had it back. Their customer support is horrible and so far I have wasted so much time trying to get my computer back. Stay away from them!

Unbranded PSU, really crap and dated GPU, dated (but still good) CPU, random HDD, no OS, no monitor, no keyboard, mouse.

So, I have no idea who the company is or how reliable or trustworthy they are - but that is irrelevant, the computer is not worth buying.
