Go with evga or xfx. Better warranty than all the others. They support overclocking and removal of the heat sink. XFX has a double lifetime warranty. If you sell the card the buyer is covered under the warranty.

+1, but you might have to wait for the cards to be available.

~10$ more (~5%) for 10-15% more performance (review). If you do not need the performance, maybe you can wait for it to cause a GTX260 price drop.
