I figure it would probably be best to start with what I have on my Tower...

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4800+ on a 939 Socket (Not Overclocked :( )
DFI Lanparty UT RDX 200 CF - DR Motherboard
(2) HIS Radeon 4850 (Crossfired)(Drives my Center 22" LCD)
HIS Radeon 1550 (Drives my Left & Right 19" LCDs)
(2) HITACHI Deskstar 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drives
(2) Sony DVD/CD Burners
Sony Dvd/CD Drive
AFT Xm-4U 11-in-1 USB 2.0 Black & Silver Internal card reader

I've done a lot with this tower and I want to try my hand at Water Cooling and Overclocking. I wasn't sure if it would be better to do one loop with two radiators to cool my Cpu and both my 4850 Graphics cards, or do to separate loops? And has anyone had any luck or advice for a first time overclocker with this Cpu?

i don't know much at all about watercooling but i would go radiator to cpu to radiator to gpu assuming u want 2 radiators. one pump should be able to push it all through just make sure u get a good pump.
