I need to know what is the BETTER video card to upgrade to with out having a problem. Need one more for watching videos and dvd's. If it is not going to make a difference then I need to know that as well. I have a magnum/Xpert 128/xpert 99 /Xpert2000 Card installed now. Running winXP with 160GB HD. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no clue about video cards.

I would not recommend going over this video card for an old system. It supports AGP 4x at a minimum.
You need a 350W power supply.

Please find out what version of AGP your motherboard supports, i. e. 2x or 4x.
