Need new ram for EVGA 680i sli mobo

I had 2 sticks of corsair xms2 DDR2 CM2x1024-6400 when i bought the PC less than 2 years ago.

I added a couple more sticks soon after.

So i was running 4 sticks of it at 4mb total.

2 of the sticks now cause BSOD in games.

The other 2 sticks seem to run ok but they have errors found by windows memtest.

So i am sending them all back RMA and plan to sell the new ones on ebay.

I play games so i want some decent ram that is gonna be extremely active and fast.

What do you guys suggest? The main thing i want is quality. Something that will last. After that of course i want speed and I do not want to mess with OCing/timing.

I assume the best is 2 - 2gig sticks?
What brand?
What kind, i assume sli ready?
1066mhz?

I dont mind paying for quality but i do mind paying for junk.
