Re posting OP's links:

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 $60

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R $100 after MIR

@OP: Get this kit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It's DDR2 800 but it can hit DDR2 1066 with a voltage upping. It also runs at 1.8v stock, so no need to mess with RAM voltage. At any rate, even if OCing, you won't usually need to hit DDR2 1066.

This is the DDR2 1066 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
This one is a bit pricy, but it will work on the UD3R.

I'v used both kits above on P45-UD3R/DS3R/DS3L/UD3P and they work well.
