Memory Compatible with Mobo

Hey, I'm just going to make sure these two things are compatible. I'm fairly sure they are.

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231166

MOBO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359

Thanks for any help! :)

    @OP: Get this kit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231209
    It's DDR2 800 but it can hit DDR2 1066 with a voltage upping. It also runs at 1.8v stock, so no need to mess with RAM voltage. At any rate, even if OCing, you won't usually need to hit DDR2 1066.

    This is the DDR2 1066 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231246
    This one is a bit pricy, but it will work on the UD3R.

    I'v used both kits above on P45-UD3R/DS3R/DS3L/UD3P and they work well.
  2. ah, ya. well this was for a friend and he really wanted those parts. He ended up getting them and they do work. Thanks for your input though. :)
