It's DDR2 800 but it can hit DDR2 1066 with a voltage upping. It also runs at 1.8v stock, so no need to mess with RAM voltage. At any rate, even if OCing, you won't usually need to hit DDR2 1066.

This one is a bit pricy, but it will work on the UD3R.

 

I'v used both kits above on P45-UD3R/DS3R/DS3L/UD3P and they work well.

ah, ya. well this was for a friend and he really wanted those parts. He ended up getting them and they do work. Thanks for your input though. :)
