850W Corsair TX-850 or Cooler Master Ultimate UCP-900W

Hi all,

I am going to purchase a power supply for my new i7 system and am wondering if there is much difference between these two and which is I should go for - 850W Corsair TX-850 or Cooler Master Ultimate UCP-900W

I would go with the Corsair TX-850 850W over either of those two. Corsair is rated by most the best PSU you can buy, along with PC Power&Cooling.

I've also heard that Corsair is very generous when they rate their PSU's wattages.

Do you know why the new HX 750w and HX850w PSU's have a 7 year warranty and the 1000w only has 5?

Yeah you do, I just bought a 450VX and it was the most beautiful PC component I've ever seen. And it works wonderfully, you guys do an excellent job.
