But i7 920 now?

I will be building my new gaming rig in a few months. Should I buy a 920 now before they are discontinued? I plan to overclock as much as possible with air.

Depends on what your aim is and what you plan on using the desktop for. People on here have the bad habit of always going after the latest and greatest even though half the time tey don't use it to their full potential (or even half of that) if you multi task heavily or just want a lot of over clocking power then you can go with the i7 at least while the 920 is still around before the i5 comes out
