I'd say Set-up-2 is the best for your needs and wants. I'd however drop the gpu down to a gtx 280, or 4870x2. Then use the extra money and buy 3x2gb sticks of ram or even better try going for 6x2gbs of ram. I think for cad you want as much ram as you can get your hands onto.

On that setup you could also go with the Asus 1366 P6T verison and not the deluxe verison can also save you a few bucks. Could take that extra money and instead of getting the Western Digital 500gb green, go with WD Carviar black

I like Kubes' suggestions, but i would go with a GTX285 rather than a 280, or with the 4870x2. And definitely get at least 6gb ram.

Also, the Antec 300 isn't the largest case ever. If you are going to put a large graphics card I would suggest something a little more spacious.

And finally, are you overclocking? If so make sure to pick up an aftermarket cooler. If not, consider it. :)

Getting an Antec300, is this a big problem concidering a large graphics card?

And i'm not overclocking, should I?
(maybe in the future)
