I have an "XFX" 750i mother board along with an "Intel" core2 quad(E8200) cpu. I need to know if anyone out there can recomend a motherboard that is not as sluggish as the one I have. I've read up on the "XFX"780i and sounds like it might be a better choice and was wondering if anyone out there has an opinion/suggestion on a good motherboard for my cpu. Looking in the $150-250 price range. Note that I'm not to into overclocking though I have considered it and probably would consider it in the future.

I've never had a performance boost by changing motherboards reusing the same cpu. I would suggest a thorough disk cleaning using the windows disk cleanup utility. I also use "ie privacy keeper" to remove excess files.
