Computer upgrade.

I'm looking to upgrade my computer, and I have run into a little bit of a problem.
I need to find an AM3 motherboard, that also supports DDR3 and SLI.

does that board exist?

current system.
Asus Crosshair 2
8 gigs of DDR2 1066 Mushkin ram.
Phenom 2 940 overclocked and stable at 3.5
nvidia EVGA 285 GTX times 2
1300 watt abs power supply.
antec A-9001 case.

I want to uprgrade to DDR3, and still use my video cards.

I play ALOT of video games btw.

Based on this article, DDR3 as an UPGRADE is probably a complete waste of money. You would probably get a better gain by switching to a P2 955/965 if they allow OC past your current 3.5GHz speed.
