just a quick one, is my Sapphire HD4650 1Go DDR2 Graphics Card compatible with my Mobo ASUS P5Q3 DDR3??

I will install DDR3 4Go Corsair 1333 memory on board with Intel Core 2 DUO E8500 PCU...

Yes. The memory on the video card is completely unrelated to the memory on the motherboard. All you need to have is a PCI-E (16x length) slot for that PCI-E video card
