Computer Issues, Really Need help.

I am running Windows 7 (Tried XP and Vista also)

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Winsor AM2
MSN-SLI Deluxe - Nvidia NForce 570 SLI
DDR2 800 ADATA
NVidia GeForce 9800 GTX
Corsair HX520.. Power Supply

I keep getting BSOD's
They include.
IRQ_EQUAL_OR_NOT LESS
Page Fault In Non Page Area
Win32.sys
Cdd.dll

I really do not know what to do! I have run memtest and it has come back clean...

The only change was the graphics card... It is a pci-e 2.0 (the mobo supports 1.0)

Any thoughts?

I don't think the PCI-E 2.0 is the reason because PCI-E 2.0 is backward compatible with PCI-E 1.0.
