Harddrive for Gaming

Hi , i am thinking that i may be needing a new harddrive due to the possibility that my current one has failed.. I have a general idea tat it's between the Samsung F3 spinpoint http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173804 or the Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black(7200RPM) http://www.ebuyer.com/product/146082 or save up some more for the velociraptor http://www.ebuyer.com/product/149434. Or anything better you recommend but getting an SSD is not an option.

If you choose WD Black, there's also the WD1002FAEX which is about the same price as WD1001FALS but faster due to less platters and bigger cache. Not sure about the compatibility though.
