I was thinking about overclocking my computer (via watercooling) but I am a little hesitant because of my core temperatures. I am wondering if I should re-seat my water block before I do. I just need to know if these temps are safe when not under load.

If each core used sensors which had identical error margins and were calibrated identically; if each core had the same pressure against a perfectly uniform IHS (on both sides mind you); if the sky was pink and green, then yes they would be the same. ;)

Christ that is warm mousemonkey.
Only a little above the ideal temp of 23C. It's warm but not hot. 15C in my room right now, idling at 37C after having the PC on for about 10 minutes, but will probably go to ~42C.

That's heaps good!

Here in Blighty our average summer temp is 14-15c anything over that is heatwave  , I doubt I could handle a HOT summer in Aus.
