I just installed the nividia 465 card today, and when i tried starting it my comp wasn't recognizing any hard drive in the bios or in the boot menu. Therefore, it was trying to start-up from the cd-rom(second priority). Also, when i first installed the card i forgot to plug-in the hard drive power cord, so did that effect anything when i started the comp to make it bypass anything? If u have any further insight into this matter please let me know!Hopefully, my hard drive issn't fried. Please help!!

First thing I would to is put your old GPU back in and see if it starts working again.
