does it come with a stock heatsink / thermal paste, or do i need to buy em separately

It comes with a stock heat sink that has pre applied paste. However I do believe it comes with the cheap cooler that the Athlon X2 come with so it doesn't leave much overclocking head room, if you want to clock past 3.2Ghz you'll probably need a better cooler. In which case you would also than need to buy thermal paste.

It comes with heatsink and paste. It is pretty decent most people i know usually reach 3.4 on stock but that's usually the limit for them anything beyond that would need better cooling solutions.

Most aftermarket coolers come with thermal paste.
