Hello, i Just recently bought an open box mobo from newegg.com

i bought a Asus M4A78T-E mobo. n since i bought a open box i dont get all the parts as a non-open box. I was wondering where i could find one n/or if its really that important so i dont have to worry about it

@badge- thanks for the suggestion but I already checked that website n none of the i/o shields match the motherboard that I have

An I/O shield provides some grounding and installation stability and also prevents dust from entering, but the system will run without the I/O shield. It's just like driving your car with the trunk primered. No big deal. ;)
